BIRTHFIT Workshop
What is BIRTHFIT? Who is BIRTHFIT for? Preconception, Prenatal and Postpartum centered discussion. An overview of the 7 Lifestyle Pillars. Additional discussions around Tracking HRV, Breath Work, and Movement.
If you work with Pregnant or Postpartum women in any capacity, this is a great workshop to host for your staff, coaches, and the women you work with!

HOST A WORKSHOPBIRTHFIT Basics: Prenatal and Postpartum
This is a breath and movement class.Â
Prenatal Basics is ideal for pregnant mothers. Those newer to movement, the seasoned athlete, and/or those in their first trimester.Â
Postpartum Basics is ideal for those that have given birth in the last 4 or more weeks or those women that are finally ready to heal that may be 2 or 5+ years postpartum.

I'M INTERESTEDBIRTHFIT Prenatal Series
This is a fitness plus birth education class.
The fitness is general strength and conditioning designed for all levels and all athletic backgrounds.
The birth education is sprinkled through out the course and includes topics such as: birth, vaccinations, circumcision, and common procedures and protocols, and any additional topics the group chooses to discuss.

I'M INTERESTEDBIRTHFIT Postpartum Series
This is a rehab and introductory fitness class plus birth healing discussion.
This class is for all levels and all athletic backgrounds with the assumption that ALL participants have completed the BIRTHFIT Basics Series.
The big focus here is healing, nourishment, movement, and sharing birth experiences, if you want to, but no obligation.
